PreSchool/Primary Sites

Hi on Thursday. Several people were interested in preschool sites, so I'm posting some and adding a few primary sites for you to look at. Even if you don't teach primary children or beginning reading, you may have children in your family that would benefit from them. At any rate, a well-rounded cyber-geek (that's you) should know what's available. The North Pole site has some interesting games, and is just for fun. Be sure to turn up the sound on your computer when trying these. Enjoy. Mary

Internet for Teachers

Hi, Welcome to the Internet for Teachers class. I am happy to be teaching it, and happy to have you in it. I hope that I can provide some insights and skills that you will bring back to your class, and I know that you will give me some exposure to techniques that you are using. Hopefully, we'll also have some fun.
This is the address to the class home page, The Teachers Net
http://theteachersnet.org
Save it to your bookmarks (favorites), if you want to refer to it again. Please respond to this post if you don't know how to save to bookmarks, and I'll cover it in class.
I will also try to respond to some of the needs listed in the intro material. Remind me to show you where to look on the home page for reading and preschool information. See you soon.
Mary
